About Juan
As the Founder & CEO of PROCRES, Juan brings over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage industry and has been involved in hundreds of transactions throughout Central Florida. Additionally, Juan holds a Master’s in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Central Florida and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, both of which demonstrate his passion and commitment to his real estate career. Juan’s expertise spans acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and asset management. He has built a reputation for strategic thinking, market knowledge, and integrity, ensuring that PROCRES continues to evolve with industry trends. Juan’s vision for the company is simple: to build long-term relationships and deliver results that truly matter to clients.
Mr. Daniel Jaca is an Associate at Equity Investment Services specializing in Office and Industrial investment sales in Central Florida. Mr. Jaca works with a select group of clients, providing professional commercial real estate services to help them achieve their commercial real estate goals. With an extensive background transacting real estate in Florida and Puerto Rico, Mr. Jaca brings experience and value to all transactions he is involved in.
Daniel has a successful entrepreneurial background, starting and growing his own business with several locations in Central Florida. He brings a successful business mindset to the commercial real estate industry, delivering great results for his clients. His high level of commitment to client success, strong work ethic and determination are some of the qualities that contribute to his success.
Additionally, Daniel enjoys giving back to the local community via his charitable foundation with an annual back to school event. His efforts were recently recognized by the Mayor of Orlando, giving him a Proclamation declaration for helping over 2,300 local families yearly.

About Laura
As the Chief Operating Officer of PROCRES, Laura oversees all day-to-day operations, from property management to transaction coordination, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly. Before joining PROCRES, Laura successfully managed a civil engineering firm that worked with the nation’s top homebuilders, gaining experience in the development and entitlement process. Prior to that she worked with a prominent family office, where she managed their property portfolio and daily operations. With a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida, Laura combines strategic insight with operational excellence. Her dedication to driving efficiency and excellence across the business is at the heart of the PROCRES operations.

Richard, born and raised in Central Florida, serves as a dedicated Commercial Real Estate Agent focusing on office property sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and gained valuable experience through a two-year internship with an investment sales team.
Richard’s comprehensive understanding of finance and practical exposure equip him to comprehend clients’ needs and deliver personalized solutions in office property sales. His deep-rooted connection to the local community motivates him to assist investors and businesses in finding their ideal commercial property.
About Mitch
Mitch has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and an impressive track record of over 500 transactions totaling $300M+ in volume. His background includes leading retail leasing and development initiatives across key Central Florida markets including Lake Nona, Windermere, and Lakewood Ranch.
He has also been recognized throughout his career with multiple industry awards, including NAIOP Retail Development of the Year and CoStar Power Broker distinctions—reflecting both production and leadership within the retail sector.
